Full Circle works closely with the City of Kirkland’s skilled and thoughtful program staff to provide outreach and operational services to the City’s multifamily properties, property managers, and residents. We will focus in particular on Kirkland’s newest and largest properties.
Tenant turnover, property manager turnover, and numerous other factors make multifamily recycling challenging, and rates typically lag far behind those of single family homes. Full Circle is responsible for developing and implementing educational move-in packets, coordinating between haulers and property managers, and crafting innovative ways to reach, and change the behavior of, the often under-served multifamily community.
