Carpet Processing, Recovery & Economic Development

Early in this century, Full Circle’s David Stitzhal represented the Northwest Product Stewardship Council at a groundbreaking series of national stakeholder meetings. The assembled group created a memorandum of understanding outlining carpet industry product stewardship goals. Sadly, those goals were long ago unmet and swept under the rug, but they set the stage.
