Full Circle has worked with Snohomish County Solid Waste Division staff for many years. In the early 1990’s we supported the design and implementation of a groundbreaking outreach program to assist businesses in minimizing and preventing packaging waste.
Snohomish County, as a steering committee member of the Northwest Product Stewardship Council, contractually supported Full Circle’s David Stitzhal as coordinator of this regional council of governments. (See Northwest Product Stewardship Council under Clients or Projects for more information.)
